Mac Miller records a song with cancer patient

Back in December, Mac Miller donated 50,000 to the Make a Wish Foundation. During his time helping at Make a Wish, Miller met a young cancer patient named Bobby Stewart.

A wish that Stewart had was to be able to record a song with Miller, which came true yesterday when he joined Mac and I.D. Labs in the studio to record a new song.

“To be with Mac is a blessing. He’s lyrically amazing. Hip hop is my passion.”

It’s great to see somebody with a platform that Mac Miller has to be doing something great like this. No matter how good the song is when it comes out, it doesn’t matter. A young cancer patient had a dream that Mac helped achieve. Good for you Mac.

Mac also added in a statement, “Feeling like your music really does something for the world makes it all worth it, no matter what. From now on, no mater what happens for the rest of my life, no one can take that away from me”.
